Consultation Service Refunds

As wardrobe consultation services are personalized and delivered at the time of booking, the following refund policies apply:

Cancellation Policy

• 24+ Hours Notice: Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation appointment
• Less Than 24 Hours: 50% refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment
• No-Show: No refund for appointments where the client does not attend without prior notice

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule consultations without penalty if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment may incur a rescheduling fee.

Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your consultation service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will work with you to address concerns and may offer:

• A complimentary follow-up session to clarify or adjust recommendations
• Additional consultation time at a discounted rate
• A partial credit toward future services

Full refunds after service completion are provided only in exceptional circumstances and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Digital Materials

Consultation summaries, style guides, and other digital materials provided as part of your service are non-refundable once delivered. These materials are personalized to your consultation and cannot be returned.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, typically taking 5-10 business days.
